Kerry Parker, CAE
Graduate of the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA, B.S. Journalism (1981), and Iowa State University, M.P.A. Public Administration (1985). Parker became a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a credential awarded by the American Society of Association Executives, in 1991. She is Co-owner and Principal of HPA and presently serves as Executive Director of the California Society of Addiction Medicine (CSAM), Western Occupational and Environmental Medicine Association (WOEMA), Women's Dermatologic Society (WDS) and Women's Dermatologic Society Foundation (WDSF). Parker previously served as Executive Vice President of the Northern CA Society of Association Executives (NCSAE) for 12 years and has 20 years experience in association management.

Kent Lindeman, CMP
Graduate of Bucknell University, B.A. Political Science (1992), Magna Cum Laude with Honors in Political Science. Co-owner and a Principal of HPA, Lindeman currently serves as Executive Director of the Society for Free Radical Biology and Medicine (SFRBM), Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC), National Association of Orthopaedic Technologists (NAOT), Society for Pediatric Dermatology (SPD) and Pacific Dermatologic Association (PDA). He was previously Executive Director of the American Society of Orthopaedic Physician's Assistants (ASOPA) from 2005-2007 and the Northern California Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (NCCMPI) from 1996-2002. Lindeman has 16 years experience in association management and obtained the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 1997.
